Storm Water Management Program (PDF)
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are experiencing higher than usual call volumes. We ask that you please be patient with us during this time. If you did not receive a blue card please call 513-458-4518 and leave a message with your Name, Account Number, and Meter Reading. If you do not know your account number, leave your Name, Address, and Meter Reading. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The City of Norwood maintains the water meter and the curb box only. Any water lines on the property (including lines leading to and away from the meter) are the responsibility of the property owner. If you are making repairs that require the water to be shut off, call the office to schedule a time for city employees to turn it off at the curb box. We don’t need anyone on-site to turn it off, but someone must be on-site and have access to the inside of the building when repairs are completed and it’s time to turn the water back on.
The water department handles water service applications, shut-offs and billing for residential, factories/schools and all fire lines in Norwood. If you would like to establish water service as a new homeowner or as a tenant or have any billing questions, please call our office at 513-458-4518 if we can be of any assistance to you.
